What is a charter school?

Do charter schools charge tuition?

No. Charter schools are publicly funded institutions similar to public schools. However, there may be fees associated with our Pre-K, Kindergarten, or extra-curricular programs - please inquire at the school office for more details.


Do you require uniforms?

Yes. Please refer to the student/parent handbook for color and style information.


Do you provide transportation?

No. Most of our students are dropped off and picked up from school. Others walk or bike to school.


Are your teachers certified?

Yes. All of our classroom teachers are certified with a teaching certificate from the Arizona Department of Education.


Are there any boundary restrictions?

No. We accept students from across the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.


Do you accept students with disabilities?

Yes. All students have the right to a free and appropriate public education (FAPE) and that includes charter schools. We offer special education services as well as accommodations for students with disabilities. Please contact our special education director for more information.


Do you offer a before school and after school program?

Yes. Our before school program is from 6:00 a.m. to school start, and our after school program is from school end to 6:00 p.m. Our before school and after school programs are licensed through the Arizona Department of Health Services.


Do you allow parents to volunteer?

Yes. We love seeing our parents on campus! Please check with the office for volunteer opportunities.


Do you follow a traditional school calendar?

Yes. Our schools follow a traditional calendar with a one week fall and spring break and a 2.5 month break in the summer time
