❤️👏🏻VIPER VILLAGE👏🏻❤️ Our next Viper Village highlight is Mrs. Arehart! Mrs. Arehart has been teaching for 28 YEARS! She also has a masters degree in education! We got a well educated team! Mrs Arehart is always doing something new and fun in her classroom! This week she has chicks! The kids love hearing their sweet little peeps throughout the day. Mrs. Arehart leads with love and teaches all her students to be their best self! She encourages them to reach for the stars every day! Her whole class has worked so hard this year they’re all working at a 1st grade ELA level! If that doesn’t speak to the genius of Mrs. Arehart’s teaching I don’t know what does! She’s a lover of animals and all things nature! Her classroom is camp themed and during centers there’s always an air of excitement when she announces who gets to read in the tent or in the treehouse. We love you Mrs. Arehart!! Ms Kinne’s heart is full of love and it’s so sweet to watch her with her students. Her love for her students is so obvious in the way she greets and talks to them. She starts the morning with a morning meeting meant to get the kids to know each other better. Sometimes this is silly and sometimes it’s sweet. No student is ever left behind in her class as she makes it a point for everyone to feel loved and included. Mr. P is also the athletic director and can be found cheering on all our vipers. During the school day Mr. P runs around to assist in classrooms or on the playground. ✏️📚SPRING FORWARD DAY📚✏️ Early Childhood Education Matters! Join us at Val Vista Academy in Gilbert for a “sneak peek” of kindergarten and 1st grade. VVA’s annual Spring Forward Day allows students to get a taste of their next year in school. This year, we are inviting families who are still looking for the perfect experience for their children. If your child is entering kindergarten or 1st grade in the Fall of 2025, we would love for you to join us. Students will spend time in the classroom getting to know the teachers and new friends, taking part in activities, and enjoying a snack and some playtime. Parents will learn about Val Vista, have an opportunity for a Q&A, and enjoy light refreshments. You need to RSVP by Monday, April 28th to take part.
